I'm Brittany Lloy.

I'm a designer currently based in Saskatoon with over a decade of experience turning ambiguous problems into products and experiences people actually enjoy using. My path started in branding and digital transformation work, and a deep interest in psychology drew me naturally into experience design, where I've since built a strong understanding of B2B software and the real impact great problem solving can have.

Over the years I've worked on teams of all sizes, including being a team of one, a team of many, and currently leading a design team. I have built design systems, research programs, and processes from the ground up, and influencing product strategy at the leadership level.

My interest in leadership extends beyond the workplace too, as a board member for Saskatoon Makerspace, I help guide the strategic direction of a non-profit community workshop, keeping creative programs and tools accessible to makers here locally.

I'm endlessly curious about the psychology behind why design works, and that curiosity shows up in everything from how I run a workshop to how I mentor the designers around me. When I'm not designing, I'm chasing conferences, courses, side projects, or a hands on creative hobby, anything that flexes a different part of my design brain.
